Once you have a good understanding, you can start your own music collection, which I highly recommend doing on YouTube more than any other usic app. But for the sake of convenience, while you're on this site, I've added my Soundcloud page so you can listen any time you'd like, as you build your collection of music. For anyone interested in starting this dance journey, watching dance is just as important as practicing. Watching others dance can be very entertaining, and even informative to those trying to learn a new dance, but those with PTSD and trauma may react differently. You may get triggered by seeing others moving in their bodies, if being in your body is difficult for you. For some it may spark the awareness of the possibility of joy and healing, as it did with me. It may make you uncomfortable at first, and as your healing unfolds you will experience it as a thing of beauty. Keep the possibility of being triggered in your mind as you watch. Also, please keep in mind that RLM dance is not to be done in an overly-strenuous way as many of the dancers in these videos are doing.
